Besides it being a delightful home with beautiful white Porcelain floors through out, the community is just as grand. The openness of this community is rare, the foliage beautiful, and surrouned by water. The amenities are great as well. There is a great gym, yoga room, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, jacuzzi, a very nice clubhouse with a 24 hour manned guard gate. This is a family oriented community, a pet friendly community, only NO pets are permited in this home. A little FYI, the DOM is only because we ALSO rent on Airbnb which would not notify the days rented. Current guests move out Sept 25. It is available Oct. 11 - Dec. 14th.
