With over 20 years in Miami’s peerless real estate scene, Mark Chatburn has built a respected career founded on a reputation of unmatched expertise, refined market knowledge, and an uncompromising commitment to his clients. Originally from Ecuador, Mark has spent much of his life traveling throughout North America, Europe, and South America, where he graduated with a degree in business administration and entrepreneurship.  In 2005, Mark kicked off his career working in RE team development projects in Brickell, quickly moving into the real estate industry where he went on to make record-breaking sales in high-end luxury properties. Through his personal networks and expert knowledge of the area and market, Mark has built a premium brokerage with over $200M in sales. And, in addition to real estate, Mark brings experience and a passion for land acquisition, development, construction loans, architecture, and marketing that he puts to work for his clientele.

As Director of Operations, and licensed real estate associate, Valery brings years of experience in business administration, real estate, and management background to Chatburn Living. Born in Miami, but raised in Nicaragua until 2007, Valery’s international insight and bilingual fluency makes her well-prepared to assist both Miami’s English-speaking and Latin American population.

A Key Biscayne local with Venezuelan roots, Chatburn Living agent Erika Hoffmann has spent over 30 years growing up in the Miami area. As a mother of 2 with a profound love of the ocean, Erika brings special insight into the needs of local families seeking to lay down roots in a natural paradise like Miami and its sandy beach suburbs. Since 2007, Erika has applied her many years of real estate knowledge into a growing successful career founded on a reputation as a problem solver whose positive attitude and perseverance bring her clients top-of-the-line service.
