5. Negotiation

We will sit down with the necessary parties to hash out all the details. Whether it’s hitting a certain price point, making sure necessary repairs or replacements are made, or guaranteeing a certain close-by date, we will negotiate to the fullest to ensure you get the best possible deal.

6. The Closing

After surpassing any contingencies (don’t worry, we will explain!), and/or wrapped up all paperwork, we’ll move on to swiftly close the purchase of your new home!
